• Sports Vending: No Sports vendors will be allowed at the event
• Table Reservation Compliance: Vendors are strictly prohibited from reselling tables and/or table transferring reserved tables to other vendors. Only 2 vendor badges will be allowed per package. Additional table badges will be available for purchase.
• Waitlist Disclaimer: By joining the waitlist, you agree to respond when contacted regarding availability. If we reach out and do not receive a response confirming or declining your spot, you will be removed from the waitlist and the opportunity may be offered to the next applicant.
• Payment: After your vendor application has been approved, payment will be required via a Master Ball Markets payment checkout link.
• Sales Tax Compliance: Master Ball Markets operates as an event organizer and marketplace facilitator. Vendors are individually responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax related to their sales.
• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors should ensure they have a valid Indiana Retail Merchant Certificate if required and remain compliant with Indiana Department of Revenue regulations. Any vendors blacklisted from our shows are strictly prohibited from vending the event.
